Updated COLLADA Physics viewer/test files

Very basic Win32 glut demo that imports and exports (press 'e' during simulation) COLLADA Physics files using COLLADA 1.4.1 DOM 1.2.0

3 different COLLADA physics test files are created in Maya 8 (PhysX plugin), CreateDynamics (thanks http://www.ageia.com ) and Blender 2.42.
