static mesh to shape?

Hello. I have a box in my game, but the shape is always totally off from the mesh. I tried using the box shape but gave up, with ray casting it gives me insane results. I wanted to use some kind of mesh to shape converter. Ive read about the staticmeshtoshapeconverter. But it will not work at all, is there another and more easy way thanks?
