Memory leaks in libconvexdecomposition

I found memory leaks in ConvexDecomposition and ConvexBuilder on Bullet 2.96, and I fix it.

Attachment file contains 2 source files. Copy both file for bullet-2.69\Extras\ConvexDecomposition and it will work.

I think this change makes no changes of behavior, but I can't be certain.
