Rules
- Entry needs to be FUN to play :)
- Entry needs to have some clear goal, ending, within limited time (say 5 minutes)
- Entry needs to report result of this goal to the Player
- This can be a message like 'you won', 'best time', or 'you lost'
- Entries are required to use Bullet Physics. Sumo entries are disqualified.
Restrictions
- Entried need to run fine with official Blender 2.42
- Blender 2.42 version will be released soon
- If you use the latest Blender 2.42 Preview 24 or later you should be fine
- Entry needs to be listed in the Entries Contest Table
- Register in the Entries page so you will be added to this Contest Table
- A valid .blend needs to be uploaded
- Register in the Entries page so you get access details how to upload the .blend
- Don't use copyrighted material
- You agree to allow us to
- show the Entry (.blend) on SIGGRAPH 2006
- make it available as Blender sample or demos
Categories
- Entry needs to be in one of those Categies (more might be added on request)
- Incredible Physics Machine / Physics Puzzle
- Vehicle Racing / Stunt Driving
- Super Monkey / Marble Madness, Sphere/Ball Fun (reach the finish navigating a ball through a level)
- 3D Platformer, Collecting Gems
- Pool, Snooker, Midget Golf, Bowling, Pinball
- First Person Shooter (FPS)
- Surprise Categy (requires approval with some description)
Voting and Deadline
- Contest Jury is Malachy Duffin and Erwin Coumans
- Guided by input from Elysiun Forum using a POLL
- Deadline is 1st of August 2006
- If you submit Entry before end of June we might choose to add it to the SIGGRAPH 2006 DVD!
