DirectX heightmap in bullet

Hello!

Me and some friends are trying to make a game based on an old boardgame where you tilt the board and in turn makes a marble roll in a labyrinth.

How do we, in the simplest way, incorporate a heightmap loaded in directX into bullet as a RigidBody so that gravity works?
