I've just finished writing this screensaver named "Galaxy God".
http://www.galaxygod.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/ (download & demo movie on page)

In a nutshell: "Create smashing, orbiting galaxies from your own pictures"

It uses newtonian physics- (and home-made collision dynamics) the lighter each pixel of colour, the greater its mass, giving each picture its own unique system. DX9 Required.

Hope you enjoy it!

This is a very cool physics-based screensaver.

Unfortunately I'm usually too busy to let the screensaver do it's work. It would be nice to have a demo that runs easier on command, rather then having to go to screen saver settings...

Good point Erwin,

Here's the standard release build of the application.

I've also re-enabled mouse gravity, if you want to spice things up a bit.

F1 toggles through the images.
I wasn't going to release it, but it seems right for this forum :)

It's windowed or full-screen, whatever you choose.
Although it's missing the screensaver settings dialog, so you'll have to edit the .ini by hand.

Cheers, (and glad to hear you like it :D )
