64bit VS 32bit CharacterDemo

I'm using Linux and with a compiled Bullet 2.67. When I run the CharacterDemo on a 32bit platform, it collides well with the ground. You get fun smooth motion.

However, if you compile on the 64bit platform, and run the CharacterDemo, there is a lot of... hopping? It appears that as the Character moves forward it's being pushed upward, and if you hold down the forward button, you bounce higher and higher.

Can anyone independently confirm this bug?

I've got svn 1106 on 64-bit Linux. No problems with CharacterDemo, movement is smooth.
