How can I simulate Orbit with Physics Equation in JAVA GUI

I have some problem, If I have some equation like F = GM1M2/R^2 and F = ma and given Input be Velocity in X coordinate and Velocity in Y coordinate. Mass1 , Mass2 and distance. I don't know How can I change position with that equation in java gui.
