all in,why would we project contact points, in other surface?
that do what?

since we move them by the time of impact(translation time*velocity), why there is projection anyway?
is that for overlap, but never can happen?

sequential impulse fail when it comes to angular velocity?
is it from my contact manifold?I think so...
