Bullet and softbody cutting

Hi,
I have to do cut softbody like this video.

I am searching ways to do it but actually there is no sources in internet. Which way i follow ? If i create tetrahedral mesh/marching cubes, can i import bullet softbody realtime ? Than maybe i can achieve that video like ?
I readed 2009 post says bullet supports volumetric cutting.
But im too new on bullet. If you think you can make this please send me a mail or pm for price and time range.
