Chris Hecker had a GDC lecture about this, with some good references.
Also he is happy to share his lemke code if you mail him. Objective Caml code. Chris mailed me and hinted that he is going to update his website 'soon'.

There is a matlab implementation of Lemke as well from the same site as PATH
